1. Sensory control:
Execute daily sensory tests, analyze and interpret the results
RCA flavor non-conform and study correction with the operations team
Monitor flavor profile cocoa RMs and the trend analyses
Investigate customer complaints
2. Sensory panel evaluation and training
Conduct sensory panel testing for all requests from relevant departments
Conduct panel training for local factories as yearly program
Conduct sensory alignment with Group Sensory
3. RD projects
Monitor flavor profiles of new products of mass productions
Conduct ongoing shelflife validation of current products and new products
4. Customer:
Follow sale's request and co-operate with sale for the customized sensory training program
Follow and co-operate with Sale, MK and R&D teams for consumer testing
5. Quality compliance
Conduct EMP/PEM samplings for all sites as QA plan
Conduct finished product samplings at chocolate line
Interpret the results, trend analyses report, notification to operations team for CAPA
6. Bud & Exp
Control Sen and QC expenses
Report and propose the yearly Bud
Yêu cầu
Academic/professional qualification: BA of Food/ Microbiology/ Chemistry with Sensory focus
Working exễprience: >2 years at food companies
Foreign language ability: Good at English (especially fluent speaking and writing)
Computer literacy: Excel/ PPT/ Pivot/ Slicer/ Data analysis
Other skills and knowledge:
- Presentation skill, communication skill. Problem solving skill
- Proactive & Willing to learn
Working time: 26 days/month
