Mô tả công việc
- Receive the project requirement from other Department (Business Development), do the analysis, work with other Department (Technology, HR, Finance) and propose the best solution for Customer;
- Coordinate with Technology Dept. to build the project's workflow which is productive and sufficient to both Customer
- Contact directly with Customer to verify project requirements;
- Do proposal and presentation to Customer if required;
- Do the quotation;
- Work with project management team and ensure all information be synchronized to team to run the project smoothly;
- Make plan and implement projects.
- Monitor and support the Project Team when issues raising and be responsible to solve the problems;
- Maintain the Customer's satisfaction;
- Do improvement on the project to increase the productivity;
- Mentor and build a good and available team for project scale up;
- Signing service contracts and tracking renewal in accordance with regulations;
- Coordinate with HR to recruit production staff;
- Report to and work under assignment of Operation Manager.

Yêu cầu
- At least 2-years experiences in similar position.
- Excellent in customer service and timely communication.
- Project management experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently, in group and can work under high pressure.
- Decision making skill, can analyze the information and data.
- Negotiation skills to communicate and discuss with Client about project requirements.
- Strong skills in creating project documentations, reporting, and update and monitor them.
- Knowledge and experience in data processing or information technology is a plus.
- English in advanced level (four skills).
