Mô tả công việc

Arranging for export customer shipment (South East Asia)
Prepare invoice and packing list to consignee and forwarder
Issue Delivery Order to forwarder for export shipment
Prepare LC documentation for Singapore bank
Prepare supporting documents to forwarder for application of FORM E / BACK-TO-BACK FORM D (for Vietnam customer only)
Update Shipping weekly report
Submit container form to mall Management security guard (for shipment delivery to store)
Submit freight tax invoice for account department to key into their account system
Request freight quotation from courier company if any
Coordinate with 3PL company, merchandising and operation to arrange shipment delivery to/from warehouse to store

Yêu cầu

Bachelor or equivalent
At least 1 years of relevant experience in handling shipping documentation.
Knowledge of LC application and negotiation
A good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
Vietnamese
