Site Coordinator (Site Material Supervisor)

* POSITION SUMMARY
The Storekeeper manages UOA-supplied materials, conducts quantity planning, monitors stock in/out, and ensures that materials delivered and used on site comply with technical specifications and quality standards.
* Material Planning & Control
Prepare material take-off (MTO) and stage-by-stage material requirements.
Work with QS to confirm quantities, specifications, and compliance with BOQ.
Track incoming/outgoing materials, prevent shortages, overstock, or wastage.
Site logistic plan
* Material Quality Management
Inspected materials for quality, specifications, approved samples, and technical compliance.
Report any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformance to PM/QS immediately.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials according to site standards.
* Material Receiving & Issuance
Validate delivery orders, quantities, and material conditions.
Coordinate proper storage with storekeeper, ensuring safety and labeling.
Issue materials to contractors upon approved requisition.
* Site Coordination
Coordinate daily activities among contractors, QS, and project team.
Monitoring sites are progressing to ensure timely material availability.
Support resolution of coordination issues related to materials and work sequences.
* Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records: delivery notes, stock logs, MTO updates, inspection forms.
Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and material usage updates.
Support project documentation for progress, variation, and handover stages.
* Supplier & Contractor Coordination
Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules and technical clarifications.
Follow up with contractors on material usage, installation readiness, and quality issues
