Site Supervisor, BU Pig

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project management, preferably in Pig or equivalent agricultural systems.
• Knowledge of Pig Housing systems and associated equipment would be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning & organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (included Mechanical & Electrical), understand the Civil engineering drawing, and technical specification / manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and assembly processes, as well as electrical cable routing and component connections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations related to construction/agricultural sites.
• Must willing to travel locally or overseas as when it is needed according to the Project assignment dates.

Willingness to relocate to Australia for a two-years assignment.

Understanding of Australian Building Codes and Standards would be an added advantage
