1. Specialty Gases development
- Researching, negotiation and signing of new signatures in developing current and potential customer bases for Specialty Gases (SG).
- Managing and directly developing some main Key Account customers (using mainly Specialty Gases) based in Viet Nam or in some special exports areas (If any).
- Supporting all Sales teams members in Viet Nam for their current and future needs of Specialty Gases, by providing expertise for products & services information, pricing information, or by studying and/or organizing the sourcing... to help them to develop SG Sales within their area of work.
2. Management of the demand
- Prepare regular sales forecast to ensure regular supply to customers
- Prepare and update on a regular basis the customer rolling forecast demand of specialty gases products which needs to be imported and the "Special" Packaging demand forecast
- Prepare regular update on packaging stock and turnover ratios. Prepare if necessary the capex request for additional packaging demand to ensure deliveries to customers
3. Management of Special Gases stock in Messer
- Updated inventory of product stock at the plant (tanks, cylinders,...), prioritize filling plan regarding customer demand
- Responsibility for ordering all Specialty gases products of Messer
- Follow all new customer installation with with the relevant departments to ensure good start of new customers
- Coordinate stakeholder for account receivables and assets management of selected customers.
- Performing other works assigned by Sales Development Manager & BOD.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Technical
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a sales in the Chemical and Engineer Field
• English language is an advantage.
• Office Certification
