Job Description

We have helped over 4000+ fitness coaches to share their expertise with more people around the world - faster, cheaper, and more professionally. We are in a super fast-growing mode and 2021 has been an explosive year for Everfit, and you will get to help expand a product that impacts user's worldwide.
Our core product enables personal trainers and gyms to rapidly build, deliver, and monitor client training programs and helps increase client retention, engagement, and drive acquisition. Trainers can access our suite of training tools - workouts, nutrition, Habit coaching, messaging, and automation - all in one place!

Our founders are from San Francisco, but we have a distributed team of advisors, engineers, designers, and interns working together from Boston, Indonesia, Vietnam, UK, and Silicon Valley. Our core engineering team is based in the beautiful beach city of Da Nang!

Your responsibilities:

• Investigate existing software products and data domains.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to help define, manage & review requirements (documents, mockups, designs) to provide timely and impactful feedback
• Develop a risk-based test plan to determine the highest areas of risk in the product
• Champion the quality process through all stages of the product.
• Focus on scale: Deliver solutions that can be quickly adapted to changing scenarios.
• Create test strategy composition and task estimation.
• Design and write test cases and checklists.
• Execute testing according to the checklist.
• Open issues to a bug tracking system.
• Manage sprint releases and milestone releases.
• Produce detailed reports documenting test results and processes to be provided to the engineering team and Tech Lead.
• Work closely with developer teams.

Preferred skills:

• Lead and mentor employees
• Manage a team of manual testers engineers to investigate and measure the quality of the Everfit product
• Empower your team to drive for results independently.

Qualifications

• Have more than 2 years of experience as a QA engineer.
• Have practical knowledge of manual testing techniques for both web and mobile apps, dealing with browsers under Windows OS/ MAC OS family;
• Have the ability to design and write test cases, checklists, and regression tests.
• Be able to plan and estimate your own work with good precision, and track progress and hours spent/left.
• Be able to manage releases.
• Good at English communication.
• Independent, good at self-management and full of energy at working.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills

• Have experience with Automation Testing
• Have > 1-2 years of experience managing a QA team
