Main Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requests, designing reports and dashboards, and providing periodic insights related to the E-commerce and Marketing domain. You will work closely with the data warehouse engineer and ERP/software team to ensure that the necessary information is available to fulfill the requests. Additionally, you will review the functional reports and propose solutions to the BI director. You should have at least three years of experience in data analytics, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requests raised by the functional department related to E-commerce and Marketing domain
Review current system to check if it can be adapted to fulfill the request
Collaborate with data warehouse engineers to design the necessary information to fulfill the request
Coordinate with ERP/software team to build necessary systems or applications
Design and create reports and dashboards to fulfill the business requests
Update report instructions and create documents to deliver and present the product
Deliver and present reports to the team and ensure that functional departments are using reports effectively
Provide personal evaluation and insights with reports
Review functional reports and provide insights
Propose solutions to the BI director on how to improve report usage and address business issues related to functional departments
Conduct periodic consulting on business issues related to functional departments with data-driven approaches

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or business administration
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on E-commerce & Marketing analytics
Experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in project management and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
