Mô tả công việc

Manage final product and package materials with operation and transportation: including POs, Delivery order, manage transportation to Hanoi, Danang warehouse.
Develop and monitor dispatch plans to ensure timely and efficient deliveries..
Manage Purchase Order to suppliers of raw, package material and delivery schedule.
Manage inventories of final product and materials, including stock levels, shelf-life, expiry date of final product and controlling warehousing cost.
Make Delivery Order to warehouse operation, transportation cost of shipping.
Optimize delivery routes and control logistics costs to improve efficiency
Processing daily POs from distributor and coordinate with transportation company for shipping.
Make re-packing plan (until Aug-Sep 2025)
Host weekly Sales & Manufacturing coordination meetings to align demand and supply plans.
Prepare Daily Inventory Reports
From Mon to Fri, 8:00 to 5:00pm (Time break: 12:00 - 13:00)

• After Aug/2025(estimated): Huu Thanh Industrial Park, Duc Hoa, Long An

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations within FMCG companies or Manufacturing.
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with suppliers. Have reporting skills and ability to manage unexpected issues effectively

Employees who start before 30/06 will be assessed in January next year (at least 1 month salary), divided into 2 payments in January and June.
