Mô tả công việc

PURPOSES

Drive & contribute to Supply Chain Operations excellence working with related parties focusing in SCM cost, Productivity KPI and Inbound and or Outbound Logistics efficiency
Learn and share best practices to Viet nam Operations by benchmarking from others countries
Lead and implement continuous process improvement (CPI)
Support Financial targets and achieve inventory targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary:

Manage Inbound or Outbound forecast & communicate timely with related stakeholder to ensure timely products flow from factory to consumers
Contribute in long / short term Warehouse capacity planning
Daily control 3PL Operation & Performance of Warehouse/ Transportation/ Carrier
Continuous improve processes of inbound / outbound to achieve the best Practice and standardization by bench marking
Monitor and control SCM cost, productivity KPI, Warehouse stock accuracy
Support to Inventory control & Management
Contribute in building and managing the best eCOM processes in order to have best experience from end consumers
Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the superior, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical

Secondary:

Support to define Logistics Service Policy, build proper SOP for inbound / outbound function
Track & Provide input/ feedback to inbound / outbound forecast vs actual
Contribute in tender projects when required
Manage Inbound/Outbound/ Distribution vendors contract as per global compliance
Participation in internal/regional projects with the goal to represent the inbound / outbound /transportation planning requirements

EDUCATION BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Background/Experience:
- Functional: Experience in Logistics Inbound / Outbound operations
- Industry: Preferably from FMCG Retail Industry
- Exposure: Sports
- Education: Degree in Logistics Management or Business Admin
IT:
- Outlook: Intermediate
- Word: Intermediate
- Excel: Intermediate
- PowerPoint: Intermediate
- SAP knowledge
Language Skills:
- English: Good
- Local Language: Good
