Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

In charge of Recruitment & Employer Branding:
1. RECRUITMENT (90%)
- To be responsible for the recruitment of all vacancies at all position levels.
- Execute the entire recruitment process including candidates' sourcing, screenings, interviewing, reference check, offering... to fill in all vacancies
- Implement the onboarding process to ensure the newcomer experience.
- Identify and leverage effective recruitment channels to expand the candidate pool
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine the recruitment needs to have the proper job descriptions & requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
- Market insights & recruitment initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Regular recruitment tracking & prepare the relevant reports
2. EMPLOYER BRANDING (10%)
- Cultivate and promote the employer branding across diverse social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook,...) & offline channels (Job Fairs, Workshop,..) and ensure the appropriate job postings.
- Develop & maintain the relationship with external partner (Educational institutions, University,...) to enhance sourcing capabilities
