OnPoint is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing e-commerce organization, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. The position combines high-volume hiring with strategic talent partnering in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (80%)
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Build high-quality talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks).
Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, labor market insights, and best practices.
Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire) and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
Manage ATS, recruitment database, and ensure accurate hiring records.
Optimize career site and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook Careers) to attract talent.
Talent Partnering (10%)
Partner closely with
business leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and competencies.
Build proactive pipelines for current and future roles in e-commerce and related functions.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, supporting leaders on acquisition and integration topics.
Employer Branding (10%)
Coordinate employer branding activities with Marketing and Operations teams.
Execute employer branding campaigns aligned with company values and EVP.
Develop initiatives to attract students, fresh graduates, and experienced talent.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Senior level preferred).
At least 2 years of recruitment experience in E-commerce / Retail / Fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with quality outcomes.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Data-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for recruitment trends and employer branding.
Up to 20 million gross.
