Mô tả công việc
This position is expected to work closely with the technical team as a TA partner to find suitable people and support as a coordinator between HR and other departments to enhance the engagement within the company and make it to become a great place to work.
Work closely with technical managers, leaders and the operation manager to understand deeply about the company's business and transmit this to messages to attract talents in the market.
Collaborate with the hiring managers to clarify hiring requests and their expectation to understand the hiring demand and approach target candidates for hiring. Sometimes you need to modify or create a comprehensive version of a job description to make it appropriate with the market.
Use multiple recruiting sources and advanced techniques to identify candidates and attract them.
Build a pipeline of candidate source from other companies in the market
Observe and market survey in the IT industry to foresee labour market trend and propose appropriate salary and other benefits schemes to attract potential talents.
Screen, interview, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
Manage the recruitment process including smooth on-boarding and successful integration into the team, improve the hiring process to make it become better in practice.
Coordinate with MKT for building and spreading the Employer Branding as well as enhancing internal, external relations
Attend diversity focused technical / HR events and give an update afterwards
Propose and collaborate with the union to organise engagement activities within company (team building, best employee awards, birthday, etc)
Oversee regulatory compliance and reporting, company employee communication and employee about safety and welfare
Be compliance with ISO policy in daily operations
Direct report to Operations Manager and Managing Director

Yêu cầu
A minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience in similar position
Good interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in vietnamese and English) and negotiation skills
Positive "can-do" attitude & team player
Independent problem solver and autonomous
Well-organised and good at sourcing
Excellent MS Office skills
