Recruiting Writers
Implementing the Freelance Academic Writer Recruitment Process: searching for CVs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, preparing contracts/payslips/ job offers to select high-quality Writers who meet job requirements.
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates;
Training and managing Writers
Conducting the onboarding and online training process for Writers to gain a thorough understanding of the company's policies and regulations;
Building and maintaining relationships with Writers by communicating regularly and conferring with Writers to resolve any problems or questions;
Working closely with the Order Control to review the performance and KPIs of Writers;
Implementing the offboarding process
Executing the offboarding process, handling refunds, and collecting outstanding debts (if any) when a Writer resigns or is terminated.
