KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly participate in the recruitment process, which includes:
+ Creating a varied applicant source on recruitment and social platforms.
+ Conducting the recruitment process (clarify requirements, identify the appropriate candidate profile, build sources, interview, offer...);
+ Implementing procedures for accepting new employees, instructing, and disseminating the company's mechanisms and rules, or carrying out procedures for terminating employees...
+ Maintain and update candidate and recruitment data.
- Participate in recruitment branding activities.
- Developing potential candidate sources and expanding cooperation channels.
