Job Summary:
As a Senior
Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end mass recruitment activities for our Store (CVS) operations. This includes building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring the onboarding of high-performing frontline staff to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage mass recruitment for Convenience Store (CVS) operations based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly manpower plans.
Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
Execute internal and external hiring strategies to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
Track recruitment metrics, analyze funnel performance, and take actions to optimize conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and propose appropriate sourcing or process solutions.
Enhance recruitment effectiveness and employee engagement to improve retention.
Regularly review and improve recruitment processes to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Coordinate with Employer Branding team to strengthen candidate attraction initiatives.
Manage recruitment hotlines and respond to candidate inquiries on recruitment channels.
Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
