With the mission to be a strategic partner, our Human Resource Department provides various activities and policy directions to attract, develop, retain, and engage employees. The Talent Acquisition team is expected to help Cốc Cốc drive top talent by creating innovative candidate attraction programs.

HR Department is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ambitious TA team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, besides collaborating with functional Hiring Managers to deliver the full cycle of recruiting, you will participate in employer branding activities and internal communication process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to building the talent pool and hiring.
Document interactions, outreach, and screening results as well as staffing metrics.
Taking part in activities to promote Company's employer branding
Evaluate and screen potential hires, and assist them through the interview and hiring process.
Develop talent pipeline and talent pool
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to managers

REQUIREMENTS:

Required skills:

2-4 years experience as a talent acquisition in the IT industry
Solid experience of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
Solid experience in conducting different types of interviews
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) and evaluation methods
Ability to effectively use hiring tools or Recruitment software

Preferred skills:

Ability to create attractive content for employer branding
Ability to build reports, recruitment analytics
Good English communication
