JOB OVERVIEW
The Talent Management Executive will play a key role in managing and improving talent development programs, ensuring that employees are continuously upskilled and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to employee engagement, and experience in learning and development or HR processes within a manufacturing environment.

1. Performance Management
The Talent Management Executive will play a key role in managing and improving talent development programs, ensuring that employees are continuously upskilled and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of the company's performance management system.
- Assist in tracking employee performance, providing insights, and identifying improvement areas.
- Coordinate performance review cycles, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely execution.
- Work closely with managers to promote a high-performance culture through structured feedback and coaching programs.
- Identify high-potential employees and support the execution of career development plans.
- Assist in developing succession planning frameworks, ensuring key talent pipelines for leadership and critical roles.
- Organize leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills and prepare employees for career growth.
- Work with department heads to assess training needs and develop learning programs that enhance workforce capability.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including technical skills training, soft skills workshops, and leadership coaching.
- Monitor training effectiveness through post-training assessments and employee feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Maintain training records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and job satisfaction.
- Support HR in conducting employee feedback surveys and implementing improvement initiatives based on insights.
- Assist in onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Maintain and analyze talent management metrics, including training completion rates, employee growth, and retention rates.
- Provide regular reports to senior HR leadership on talent development progress and impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Management, HR, or Employee Development roles.
- Strong understanding of talent development frameworks, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Good data analysis skills and experience using HRIS or talent tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different business units.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of HR analytics tools is a plus.
- English proficiency is required for communication with regional and global teams.
