Lead and oversee backend development using [protected info], TypeScript, and frameworks like [protected info] or NestJS.
Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and code quality across the team.
Collaborate with
Project Managers, Delivery Team, and Clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in presales activities: provide technical consultation, estimate effort, design high-level solutions, and present proposals to clients.
Design and implement microservices, APIs, and system integrations with third-party platforms.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security across backend systems.
Conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and guide team members to maintain engineering excellence.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architecture evolution.
Act as a technical point of contact for client discussions, demos, and issue resolution.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of backend development experience, including 3+ years in a technical or team leadership role.
Proven experience designing and leading systems built with [protected info] and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical audiences and interact directly with international clients.
Experience in presales support or solution consulting is a strong plus.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
