Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader with expertise in backend development, particularly in Golang, to lead our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for building scalable and robust backend systems for our SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Set technical direction and standards for backend development, driving innovation and excellence in engineering practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, frontend development, and quality assurance to define technical requirements and priorities.
Backend Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems using Golang, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, leveraging best practices in cloud-native architectures.
Implement robust APIs and integrations to support seamless interaction between backend services and frontend applications.
Technical Strategy:
Define and execute the technical roadmap for backend development, aligning with the overall product vision and business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
Team Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the backend engineering team and across other functional areas.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong emphasis on Golang.
Extensive experience leading and managing a team of backend engineers in an Agile environment.
In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
