Technical Leader

Your role & responsibilities:
Lead the software teams across different products to deliver high quality and scalable .
Provide technical leadership and drive technological roadmap.
Build, train and retain our tech teams.
Consult and work closely with the Manager on technological strategies.
Determining product requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating team members and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Your skills & qualifications:
5+ years of working experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
Excellent knowledge of microservice architecture and database architecture and optimization.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead/ Head of Engineering or a similar leadership role.
Experience with Agile/ Scrum development, have experience to build process for team, git process, devops process, development process...
Have experience Product Engineering mindset (managing tasks, requirement. production, schedule release-golive, rollback...)
Have experience with application development (back-end, front-end, mobile), preference will be given to candidates's experience
Backend: Nextjs, NodeJS, PostgreSQL
Front-end: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Javascript, HTML, CSS
Devops: Microservices , Linux, K8s, Docker, Jenkins,...
Familiar with Git, Gitlab server administration, CICD integration.
Experience building and managing a tech team
Know how to evaluate a good engineer/ developer
Effective distribution of work to team members, effective encouragement, and push the team to achieve the target.
Strong communication skills, soft skill.
Strong English skill.
