Technical Scheduler Supervisor

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in English, including conversational communication and technical English related to engineering and maintenance, is required.
• Formal training in maintenance planning, scheduling, or asset management is an advantage; experience in supervision or work coordination is a strong advantage.
Experience:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or maintenance coordination roles within an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
• Experience working with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Exposure to plant shutdowns, turnarounds, or project-based maintenance activities is preferred.
Specific knowledge:
• Working knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling methodologies and best practices.
• Responsible for managing the full work order lifecycle, from creation and prioritization through scheduling, execution tracking, and closure, while maintaining effective backlog control to ensure timely and efficient maintenance execution.
• Understanding of asset management principles, equipment criticality, and maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with CMMS/IFS systems and scheduling tools used to plan, track, and report maintenance activities.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems to support multidisciplinary maintenance coordination.
• Awareness of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to maintenance work.
Skills:
• Strong planning, organizing, and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical skills to evaluate maintenance data, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
• Clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
