Mô tả công việc
1. Technical support & customer application
Conduct on-site powder coating trials on customer production lines to optimize application processes.
Perform customer line audits, evaluate equipment conditions, and propose technical improvements to enhance productivity and coating quality.
Support customers in daily technical issues related to powder coating application.
2. Quality & process improvement
Handle customer quality complaints through on-site inspection, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with factory and internal teams to improve product quality and application performance.
Analyze powder coating consumption and propose optimization solutions to improve efficiency and cost competitiveness.
3. Training & coordination
Provide technical training and application guidance to customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective technical and service support.
Yêu cầu
Fluent Chinese/English (speaking, listening, reading) - mandatory.
Background in engineering, chemical, materials, or related fields is preferred.
Experience in powder coating, paint, coating, or industrial manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Customer-facing, technical service, sales support, or application experience is a plus.
Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
Quyền lợi
Salary: Negotiable (competitive for Chinese/English-speaking technical profile).
Expected salary range: 25 - 40 million VND (depending on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly sales bonus & KPI bonus.
