Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors
- Technical review of inspection reports
- Review of Work Instructions
- Provide technical support to Customer Service Team
- Review and monitoring of technical documents such as SOP, WI, ...
- Perform field assessments of internal inspectors, announced audit appointed by Manager;
- Provide technical training to agent, vendor, factory if required
- Handle equipment calibration: daily follow-up and internal calibration
- Support QA coordinator to set up internal calibration procedures of equipment
- Support management during a technical meeting with customers
- Back-up for inspection in order to secure the business
- Other additional tasks delegated by the direct manager or above
Yêu cầu
- Certificate from College or above and major in chemical, mechanical, textile, garment, footwear
- Fluent in both written and oral English;
- At least 3 years' experience in QA/QC at Garment/ textile/ footwear/ wood/ mechanical field
- Necessary computer knowledge
