Mô tả công việc
Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell services
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers (when required)
Create cold calling scripts to provide information about services' features, prices etc. and present their benefits to the clients
Ask pertinent questions to understand the client's requirements
Persuade the client to buy by demonstrating how services or solutions meet their needs
Record the clients' information and data accurately in the select CRM system
Support the business team in customer service via calls & Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
Go the "extra mile" to meet quota for prospects and opportunities generated and support the business team in facilitating future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information in CRM

Sales experience preferred
