The Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam - SCCV HCMC (formally Singapore Business Group HCM City Chapter - SBG HCMC) is a non-profit organization established on 9 August 1992 by a small group of Singaporeans doing business or working in Vietnam.
Since then, it has evolved from a social club with a membership of 30 individuals into a premier business group with a membership strength of almost 400 members and is growing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Vietnamese national to fill in the position as full-time Marketing & Admin Intern in SingCham Vietnam - HCMC office. This person will be responsible for tasks covering a wide range of functions such as event management, administration, and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of SCCV intern include but not limited to the mentioned below:
1. Responsible for admin works, filing system and paper works in SCCV office (50%)
• Support the hard copy filing system.
• Send out all post; the invoices, contracts, other mails.
• Organize stationery orders.
• Support with SCCV membership tasks.
• Translation of files and document when needed.
2. Event Support and Coordinator (40%)
• Registration and reception at events.
• Coordinate with line Manager to ensure that all logistics are in place.
• Coordinate to obtain vendors' quotation and supplier's contacts.
• Provide support for any administration that is required.
3. Other tasks assigned by line Manager (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
Senior or graduated students.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Hard-working, Self-motivated, honest, reliable, willing to learn
and a 'can-do' attitude.
Good computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft
Office.
Starting date: 24th April 2024 or sooner for a duration
of at least 3 months.
BENEFITS
Allowance per month: VND 2,000,000 include parking fee.
Meal allowance: VND 30,000 per day.
Certificate/Reference letter when finish the internship.
