I/ Job Overview
The L&D Intern will support the Learning and Development projects in delivering training programs to enhance employee skills. Responsibilities include assisting with research, material development, and logistical coordination. This role offers valuable experience in instructional design and project management within the context of organizational learning objectives.If
Report to: Learning & Development Executive
Work Location: Centec Tower, Ho Chi Minh City | Long Thanh, Dong Nai (Car provided)
Duration: Fulltime 3 months
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 P:M
Allowance: 5.000.000 VNĐ + Lunch
II/ Job Responsibilities
Assist in L&D projects/activities: Happy Talk, Workshops, the company trainings, and other HR initiatives.
In charge of training records on system.
Prepare materials and related reports for monthly/quarterly HR activities.
Assist in scheduling monthly training plans, follow-up with participants.
Assist in employee feedback and do required analyses.
Provide responses to employee's enquiries on related matters.
Other duties assigned by line manager.
III/ Job Qualifications
Last year student or fresh graduate who wants to learn and grow in HR field
A basic understanding of HR field, especially in L&D
General understanding of HR software and MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
Good organizational and detail-oriented skills
Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
Logical thinking and be able to implement
Proactiveness, creativity and innovation
