JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide entry-level professional support services as appropriate to the daily administrative tasks; (photocopying, data entry, typing);
Assist teachers, staff, and students in day-to-day operations;
Assists in the planning and implementation of assigned projects/sub groups of the International Program;
Arrange placement testing and annual tests for students;
May undertake academic research related to programs conducted at UTS;
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
Translate documents and update databases (assessing by standard alignment);
Support Procurement of office materials and administrative logistics.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (preferable IELTS 6.0);
Able to work independently and in a team;
Project management skill;
Good analysis & PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
