In this role, you will be a product and advertising expert, working with advertisers & their agencies, strategizing, designing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve advertiser's performance and brand objectives. You will be one of the most important partners of our sales team, establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.
What you will do:
As an HR Intern, you can work with various areas of HR to support the following initiatives:
Assist the team with HR operations related activities like onboarding, Employee Data management, documentation, transfers, offboarding, etc.
Understand the company HR policies, and can clearly provide support and answers to employees' queries.
Data management for various internal systems to achieve data integrity.
Improve employee experience by helping organize activities.
Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Undergraduate with a background in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
Available for at least a 3-6-months internship.
Eye for details and highly organised; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail.
Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.
