Mô tả công việc
• Plan, perform, and manage all programs designed to increase the availability and visibility of products at target outlets and channels for existing products and new products
• Manage channel conflicts via channel activities, and trade promotion in order to maximize the revenue by effective cost
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets
• Develop and lead trade marketing strategies to achieve business objectives across all product categories
• Build trade promotion for channels in different types of retailer types as business strategy and approved budget
• Collaborate with brand team and sales team to build sales promotions and product communication in the trade that attracts business from distributors, key accounts, and retailers
• Evaluate channel activities to have a better view of trade investment
• Manage the point of sales materials (including budget, design, and logistics ...) by finding the most effective solutions
• Ensure feedback about programs and relevant business issues are taken into account by regularly visiting field.

Yêu cầu
• Prefer has experience in a personal care field
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related major.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in trade marketing and managerial level
• Leadership skills and Strong management skills, able to lead and drive actions.
• Good relationship building and teamwork.
• Capable of analyzing a large amount of data and creating strategic suggestions for sales team.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related major.
