Mô tả công việc

1. Treasury

Manages treasury function, including meeting short and long-term funding needs.
Perform funding activities related to capital management, ensure sufficient capital for business activities;
Perform loan procedures with other credit institutions on interbank market;
Find new and maintain current domestic/ oversea customers / investors for the company's certificates of deposit and corporate bonds to raise capital;
Perform the fund mobilization from oversea & SBV registration as regulations;
Monitor loan principal and interest payment schedule;
Analyzes market conditions using the fundamental and technical indicators and provide analysis/update to management, clients and concerned units.
Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
Proceed the IPO as needs

2.Investment

Source new investments including meeting with founders and entrepreneurs, attending relevant conferences and networking events, and calling on new prospects
Conduct detailed industry, business and financial due diligence on prospective investments
Prepare in-depth financial and data analysis for potential investments, including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping, and industry research
Develop financial models relating to financings, restructurings, valuation analyses and liquidity events
Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
Manage all aspects of In-house investment portfolios;

3.Fulfils all other tasks assigned by the CEO and the Board of Management

Yêu cầu

1. Education level, certification

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics; master's degree in any of these fields are preferred;
Master degree or professional certificates such as CFA, ACCA, CPA is a plus.
Understanding of Corporate financial analysis & Control activities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

2. Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a treasury and investment managerial position preferably in a financial institution (consumer finance companies, banks, investment or fin-tech companies).
3+ years in treasury with deep understanding of cash and treasury management, commercial capital markets, debt financing, lending, commercial banking.
Intensive knowledge in financial markets, banking, consumer finance, accounting, financial planning, managerial finance and financial analysis.
Knowledge of financial modeling and capital budgeting in a consumer finance or a bank.
Conversant with credit models, financial models and systems.
Experience in creating capital structure & balance sheet strategy as well as raising capital to support financial & lending products.
