Treasury Supervisor

Manage cashflow for group of 4 companies, both intercompany and external payment outside to suppliers
Generate reports on cash operations, oversee cash transactions, ensure enough cash for all entities
Verify and process financial statements and forms
Determine cash availability for use and forecast both short and long term cash levels
Plan schedules, procedures and liaise the plans with other departments
Work with bank to set up facilities for all entities
Estimate and plan for loan repayment in next 6 months
Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and variance analysis
Manage deposit verification, using online banking systems
Maintaining bank statements, analyzing bank fees and implementing banking-related changes as needed
Manage interest rate and FX risk by including the utilization of derivative instruments in accordance with the Group policies
Manage the foreign exchange hedging program including execution of spot and forward currency trades and related reporting
Prepare periodic cash and debt reports for the Group Treasury and external reporting areas
Prepare the budget of interest expense for the next financial year
Address discrepancies and report findings to management
Have management skill to manage, supervise, and support for 3 staff.
