Receiving booking & planning from booking person / Receiving SI from CS or booking
• Entry booking Into TMS
• Entry draff HAWB for each shipment and send to shipper for checking if requested
• Receiving SLI from onsite:
- Rechecking the weight and dimension with Packing list from customers if requested.
• Check Consignee on SLI and request onsite correct Cnee on MAWB if they issue wrong Cnee. Then issue correct Cnee on MAWB when issue MAWB from TMS.
• Finish HAWB on TMS
• Entry MAWB into TMS (must input AF/WRC/FSC/AWB/X-ray on MAWB when entry MAWB for cost reservation)
• Checking with booking person to up weight on MAWB if needed.
• Consol HAWB into MAWB.
• Sending HAWB, MAWB, Cargo Manifest,... to onsite for printing and attaching to shipments.
• Scan HAWB and documentation for each shipment (per order as per SOP request)
• Sending pre alert ( shipment information and document) to oversea/customers for each shipment before cargo arrival destination or base on SOP requested.
• Issue invoices for each shipment (within 2 days from departure date)
• Send HAWB to customer
• Send freight invoice to customer if PP shipment. Must notice to customer service in advance about invoice sending then customer service will inform customer and trace the payment.
• Send freight invoice (AWB fee, facility,...) to customer. Must notice to customer service in advance about invoice sending then customer service will inform customer and trace the payment.
• Reserve other cost in HAWB
• Handover VAT invoice to accounting (must list No. of VAT invoice and get signature from both sites)
• Send original HAWB to shipper after payment done if need.
• Handover file (cover sheet) to booking for cost and income checking. Must finish all cost reserve, invoice issue and sign on the
• cover sheet before handover for booking check.
• Monitor all billing and docs person to match company and customer KPI
