Mô tả công việc
Planning, Reporting, and Operational Supervision (30%)
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans for the IFRS product line.
Monitor and ensure the effective execution of planned activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, academic, operations) to align marketing efforts.
Track KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and prepare periodic performance reports.
Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation for the product.
Market Research & Strategic Marketing Proposal (30%)
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends in the IFRS training sector.
Research target customer behaviors and learning needs (working professionals, finance &
accounting personnel, etc.).
Propose product positioning, pricing, and communication strategies tailored to each target
segment.
Collaborate with the strategic marketing team to refine the overall marketing direction for IFRS
programs.
Execution of Content, Events, and Partnerships (30%)
Develop and execute content marketing plans, including blog posts, social media, and email
campaigns.
Coordinate and manage marketing events (workshops, webinars) to promote IFRS programs.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, corporations, and industry experts.
Support campaign ideation and creative briefing for media assets related to IFRS.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and product positioning.
Training & Internal Enablement (10%)
Provide training and guidance to new marketing team members or collaborators involved with the
IFRS product.
Share best practices and support knowledge transfer to ensure consistent team performance.

is required. Candidates with significant experience in marketing and team management are
encouraged to apply.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing
campaigns, projects, or teams.
Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing
and Inbound Marketing strategies.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve objectives while
fostering collaboration and growth.
Tech Savvy: Good at marketing tools and technologies, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics,
ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, and Data Studio. Experience using tools like ChatGPT and Hubspot
for data analysis is a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to
develop effective marketing strategies.
