JOB DESCRIPTION:

In charge of production techniques, process error rates, and technical improvements in order to reduce production costs.
Coordination of the construction and updating of production technology processes.
Organize adequate human resources to ensure the equipment's smooth operation.
Install and operate machinery and equipment in accordance with the production line.
Planning, cost estimation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of machinery and equipment.
Ongoing evaluation of the condition of machinery and equipment.
Overseeing the Production Engineering Department's general operations.
Ensure that facilities and infrastructure fully meet the requirements for the production of biological products (vaccines) to function properly.
Run injection water systems, sterile water systems, wastewater systems, AHUs, air conditioners, air supply systems, electricity, and refrigeration.
Improving the layout of manufacturing lines and workshops.
Create and maintain production processes, operating manuals, and goods movement procedures.
Monitor the manufacturing process and suggest ways to improve performance.
Evaluate operational risks of equipment and processes and propose solutions to mitigate them.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

A bachelor's degree in pharmacy/life sciences or an equivalent is required.
4 to 6 years of Aseptic Manufacturing/Vaccine Manufacturing experience
Excellent communication skills in English • Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
An energetic, self-motivated, organized individual who is used to working in a deadline-driven, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.
