1. Bid management & coordination
Analyze and assign tasks related to bidding documents
Review and verify all bidding documents before approval submission, including: legal, technical, financial, construction progress documentation
2. Technical and Bidder Solutions
Propose optimal design - construction - material solutions that meet the bidding requirements
Assess technical feasibility and production capacity (factories, woodworking, stainless steel, MEP, etc.) to ensure suitability.
Review BOQ quantities, and control material, labour and equipment unit cost to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.
Recommend technical alternatives to optimize costs while meeting aesthetic and technical standards.
3. Commercial & Supplier Management
Evaluate, rank, and develop a network of strategic supplies ensuring stability, quality, and competitive pricing.
Regularly update databases for material, labor, and logistics market prices
4. Construction Support
Transfer documents and provide project start-up support.
Provide technical and commercial support during project execution.
Compile data and update market price fluctuations.
5. Analysis & Reporting
Analyze post-bidding results to assess reasons for bid success or failure, and recommend pricing and technical strategy adjustments.
6. Personnel & Process Management
Organize, guide, and supervise QS staff; conduct training on bid preparation, cost analysis, and technical documentation.
Develop internal procedures for bidding documentation management, authorization, price control, and bid cost approval.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in bidding and cost estimation, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Preference for candidates with experience in general contracting or interior construction firms.
In-depth knowledge of EPC/Fit-out bidding processes, interior construction techniques, FFE and high-end finishing materials; FIDIC contracts, bidding laws, construction norms, and cost estimation standards.
Required skills: Quantity take-off, cost estimation, bid pricing, contract negotiation, team management, task delegation, and strong communication/presentation (Vietnamese/English)
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
Good communicate in English
Accuracy, logical thinking, high responsibility, ability to work under pressure and result-oriented mindset.
