Job Purpose or Summary:

Develop, lead and manage the process for creation of seasonal creative.
Tactically support the NSOs to increase store awareness, traffic, transaction & ABV...

Main Responsibilities:

ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
1. Develop departmental organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/goals. Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
2. Develop departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
3. Cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
4. Build-up and develop the In-store Marketing team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees' competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;
5. Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated function;
6. Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
7. Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;

NSO MARKETING MANAGEMENT
1. Be aware of industry trends and retail environment to best inform decision making to create optimal seasonal executions for Pharmacity stores;
2. Develop and deploy tactical Marketing activities for specific Pharmacity stores based on BOD's request to increase store awareness, traffic, transaction & ABV;
3. Lead branding standards for all in-store elements, and long term strategy for all in-store communications;
4. Support stores by providing/ fixing requested Marketing POSM: banners, posters, wobblers...;
5. Work closely with Trading, Retail and other departments in deploying & monitoring marketing activities at store effectively;
6. Coach In-store Marketing operations by providing motivation and direction while creating enthusiasm around what is being delivered;
7. Lead, plan and manage the strategy for all seasonal and in-store communications including technology and other product signage, video content, way finding, imagery and graphics;
8. Apply creative thinking to materials, substrates, and other methods of building in store signage, window displays...

Requirements:

Professional major: Marketing or related field
2nd language ability: MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
