JOB DESCRIPTION:

In charge of all Aseptic Manufacturing operations
Ensure Aseptic Manufacturing operations are overseen across all shifts, including weekend support if necessary.
The review of internal batch records has been completed
Client interaction and support in relation to these processes
Contribute to the creation and implementation of manufacturing procedures and batch records.
Oversee routine manufacturing activities such as day-to-day scheduling and raw material procurement management of materials and consumables
Document data accurately and complete batch records as needed.
Successfully complete the gowning and media fill qualification program at the facility.
Perform and train other employees in a variety of manufacturing tasks, such as, but not limited to: Preparation of components, formulation operations, lyophilization processes, sterile filling, packaging, and so on.
Operate and assist in the maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Perform duties in cleanroom areas and assist in their upkeep.
Prior to execution, ensure that personnel are trained on all applicable procedures and master batch records.
Begin revising cGMP procedures and master batch records.
Assist in the scheduling and execution of routine production equipment maintenance and calibration.
Conduct a manufacturing review to support continuous improvement, including: Procedures; Master Batch Records; Standard Work Instructions; Reports on Risk Assessment
Complete all other tasks, projects, and duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

A bachelor's degree in pharmacy/life sciences or an equivalent is required.
4 to 6 years of Aseptic Manufacturing/Vaccine Manufacturing experience
Excellent communication skills in English • Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
An energetic, self-motivated, organized individual who is used to working in a deadline-driven, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.
