Mô tả công việc
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with deeply care.
- Closely work with Sales and other Departments to support the initiatives as and when necessary
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy products and services.
- Handle inbound (air &sea) / outbound airfreight and inland transport orders with basic knowledge on all fields both export/import activities.
- Compliance with all internal and regulatory company's requirements and customer's standard operating procedure.
- Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our customer and internal departments.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.

Yêu cầu

Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong independently problem solving capabilities;
- Good English skills
- Diploma holder or above in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Freight / Logistics or related disciplines
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure
- Hands-on PC operations including MS office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2-3 years of operations and customer services experience in freight logistics/ forwarding industry.
- Education: College or/and above;
- Responsible, pro-active and attention to details.
- Knowledge of handling air freight shipments, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
