Mô tả công việc

Responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising Sales Staff in all sales related activities, including direct sales efforts, marketing, follow-up, and proper sales
Responsible for managing and strategizing revenue production of market segments (corporate and leisure) of the resort L'Alya Ninh Van Bay to achieve planned occupancy and sales targets.
Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities with Sovico Ecosystem.

Administration.

Responsible for developing and growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that Rooms and Banquet (food and beverage) revenues meet or exceed budget in order to maximize revenues and profits while maintaining guest/client satisfaction.
To generate business, using all the characteristics, advantages and benefits of the resort.Have to design, implement and execute the strategies and actions needed to achieve or improve all the sales and marketing goals defined in the business plan following the guideline from Head office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform any duties assigned by the Resort Management and the Head office deemed necessary.
Develop product offerings, maintain relationships with key clients (corporate & leisure) for repeat business.
Along with the Resort Operations team develop product strategies for the major revenue streams of the Resort positioning each as independent business units although building on the synergies that can be developed in a Resort environment, which covers Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa.
Direct the media relations strategy to ensure the resort and its operating departments obtain the largest editorial coverage within the competitive set.
To develop resort-level tactical sales and marketing plans to support overall system-wide sales plans/strategies and programs.
Assist with managerial processes including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, personnel administration, work order tracking and various record-keeping duties.
Direct the publication of all resort sales and marketing collateral ensuring it is true to brand and in line with corporate guidelines of Marketing division of Head office.

Education and Experience

2- 3 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing,

Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;

5 years of experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area preferably within a hospitality / hotels / resorts environment.
Fluent in English - Verbal and written.
