General Description
Promote a paperless, digital office environment utilizing all modern communication methods and electronic tools provided by DB Schenker
Handle related internal communication with DB Schenker stakeholders
Report to Team Lead and Finance department
Generate outgoing vouchers and VAT invoices
Support a positive, attractive working atmosphere and office environment
Distribute vouchers to customers and Schenker network partners
Act in a manner which increases Customer satisfaction and loyalty, maximizes shipment profitability and decreases operating expenses
Specific Accountabilities
Create invoicing package / pouch and dispatch to Customers
Ensure each file Profit + Loss statement shows a profit and escalate "Loss" file information to Customer Management Team - as applicable
Ensure that all accrued costs have corresponding revenues in TMS (TANGO)
Issue and dispatch outgoing vouchers to Network Partner in TMS (TANGO)
Ensure on-time invoicing within corporate guidelines
Escalate invoicing discrepancies to Customer Management function
Cross-check all income accruals in TMS (TANGO) and ensure all applicable charges are invoiced

Organizational skills
Required Education: University degree with specialization in Economics, International Business, Accounting. Knowledge of Vietnamese Tax Law is a plus
Experience and Qualifications
Good at teamwork
Required experience: 1 year of relevant experience. Experience in forwarding/logistics is a plus
