Develop the concepts, style, look and feel, language and tone of brand
Produce content for various speeches, events, hearings...
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Plan, implement & report performance of brand communication plans & campaigns
Determine KPIs for PR works
Recruit, hire, onboard and train new members of the public relations team
Plan strategic public relations programs
Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc.
Implement, measure and provide reports on each PR campaigns
Build customer awareness and brand positioning plan across channels
Develop & implement customer retention and loyalty programs
Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed

Yêu cầu

Yêu cầu công việc
Language Vietnamese/ English
Experienced Proven working experience in the PR & branding field for at least 2 years
Technical and Bussiness Knowledge/Skills Proven ability to develop PR & branding communication strategies
Having 2-3 years of working experience in Global firms/agencies is an advantage
Education and Training: BSc/BA in Marketing, PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field
Attention to details
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Excellent communication, presentation and self-driven skills
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
Outstanding communication skills
A proven track record of successful PR/branding campaigns
