Abiding Company Regulation and all documented policies, procedures, work instructions of Thermrol
Quality management system:
Follow up and update the evaluated result of on job training from relevant departments.
Monitor & measure/evaluate the training course and the result of the effectiveness before and after training.
Maintain and improve the training records/ history database (hard and/or softcopies).
Contact/co-ordinate with relevant Department to carry out/evaluate and update all of activities of training and development of employee such as training strategic and training need, implement and monitor training plan including internal/external.
Monitor and control the Qualifying & certificating employees's skills.

Training system:
Schedule, perform and monitor audit activities, include pre - audit, planning, audit execution and evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.
Organize all the activities involved in carrying out internal quality audits to check whether system is in conformance with the documented procedures.
Assist QA Manager/ QMR in preparation and follow - up taken actions in external audits.
Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken as an audit result of nonconformances.
Assist / Suggest QMR in developing training plan for management and staff about knowledge/ skills related to QMS.
Actively analyse, review and report the QMS to highlight improvement opportunities.
Internal quality audit:
Assure the compliance with the requirements of the relevant international quality standard and Thermtrol (VSIP) Quality Policy.
Assist management and coordinating in projects/ program of developing Quality Management System.
Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ensure applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest, updates/ modifications, related to ISO quality systems.
Ensure planned criteria and methods needed to maintain that both operation and control of process within Thermtrol (VSIP) are effective and meet customer requirements.
