Mô tả công việc
• Managing relationships with internal/external contacts to work effectively to meet customers' needs
• Keep well-informed of market trends, customer preferences, the actions of competitors, and the impact of governmental regulations, as a basis for recommending revisions in marketing plans and strategies for the territory.
• Identify and develop distribution channels for designated products and markets, as appropriate.
• Identify and understand end user application needs, convert them into opportunities, quotation and finally sales.
• Closely communicate with regional / worldwide application engineering, seek regular support, and provide regular feedback.
• Utilize the business tools to manage sales pipeline, track quotes, capture competitive information, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify and develop local key accounts and follow up on global strategic accounts by sales area and market segment.
• Full responsibility in achieving sales and profit targets of the assigned product range, either directly to end-users, or through selling channels like distributors, resellers, OEM, etc.

Yêu cầu

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 years of technical/industrial sales experience with proven track record of success (for PF product range: preferably in food & beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical industry)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or business (for PF product range: preferably in in food science or in chemical engineering)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), with intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Experience in the effective use of CRM software.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Filtration experience preferred but not a must.
• Self-motivated, good sense of initiative, willing to learn, solution-oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, NX and SolidWorks Design Tools will be a plus
• Good Vietnamese and English communication (both written and spoken).
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly in the territory including the ability to work in industrial environments.
• Experienced working in a team environment.
