Mô tả công việc
Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal
Responsible for service sale target setting yearly for chiller penetration rate by renewal, linage and capture service agreement contracts.
Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity
Supervise the operations of after sales teams to ensure set targets are met
Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
Coordinate with the Service fulfillment team to handle customers' complaints timely with a professional manner in order to provide corrective actions and solutions to satisfy customer needs.
Working time: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday.
Working place: HCM City.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or relevant fields.
Decent working experience (5 to 10 years) of Electrical/Auto + Project sales + Customer Service in the HVAC field or relevant fields (Must).
Specialize in technologically and scientifically products, including knowledge about components.
Can use technical skills to explain the benefits of products to potential customers and demonstrate how our products are better than the products of competitors.
Auto CAD is preferable.
Leadership and ownership skills are mandatory required
Sound product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and adapt for customer satisfaction.
High level in English communication (Must).
Responsible, pro-active, results-oriented mindset and willing to travel.
Decent working experience (5 to 10 years) of Electrical/Auto + Project sales + Customer Service in the HVAC field or relevant fields (Must).
