About the role:
Talent Management Specialist plays a key role in shaping the company's workforce strategy by driving employer branding, building strong talent pipelines, and managing senior level hiring. This position supports performance management and employee development initiatives, ensuring high-potential employees have clear growth paths.
Key Responsibilities
• Employer Branding: Design and implement employer branding strategies across internal and external channels. Partner with Marketing to strengthen the company's image in the talent market.
• Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. Establish relationships with universities, professional associations, and HR networks to attract top talent.
• Performance & Development: Support performance management processes and individual development plans. Recommend training programs and career paths for high-potential employees.
• Executive Hiring: Manage senior-level recruitment programs, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience aligned with company culture.
• Onboarding: Oversee onboarding and induction programs for all levels, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
• Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives, conduct satisfaction surveys, and propose actionable improvements to foster a positive work environment.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management or general HR.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English; experience with HRIS tools is an advantage.
