Mô tả công việc
Oversee the Recreation operations, including the Fitness Centre, Kid's Club, Pool and Beach operations, and all guest areas to ensure that the Resort standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
Manage the Recreation & Rescue team in different areas including business planning, venue and equipment readiness planning, staff training and programme development
Oversee and ensure safe, effective and efficient operation of Recreation & Rescue facilities
Manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it and making sure the guest is satisfied
Prepare and analysis the business report and provide strategic plans for department
Explore any cooperation opportunities with the potential sports development in the property, find service providers and prepare the related service agreement
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Yêu cầu
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years supervisory experience
Strong leadership with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skill
Creative, highly motivated and responsible
Service oriented
Good communication in English
