Visual Merchandising Lead (Offline Channel)

1. VM Strategy & Guidelines
- Develop and standardize VM guidelines across all offline channels (Health & Beauty Chain, Modern Trade, General Trade)
- Ensure consistent brand image across all offline touchpoints
- Create merchandising concepts aligned with campaigns, seasonal activities, and product launches
2. Execution & Operations
- Plan and execute in-store displays, gondolas, counters, booths, and pop-ups
- Manage nationwide VM rollout (timeline, materials, budget)
- Collaborate with KAM, Sales, Category Management team to ensure high-quality execution
3. POSM Management
- Design, produce, and allocate POSM (testers, display units, standees, shelf talkers, etc.)
- Optimize production costs and lifecycle of POSM materials
- Manage inventory and reuse of POSM assets
4. Quality Control & Audit
- Establish VM audit frameworks and standards
- Conduct regular store audits (physical visits or via image reports)
- Identify gaps and drive corrective action plans
5. Performance Analysis
- Evaluate VM effectiveness using KPIs such as sell-out, conversion rate, and visibility
- Recommend improvements in layout, planograms, and display strategy to maximize sales
6. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and manage VM team, Mechandiser and BA team
- Work with external vendors (design, production, installation)
- Train Sales staff and MD/BA on VM standards
