Report to: Commercial & Retail manager.

Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).

I. Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing Visual Merchandising in Stores & Retail System:

Responsible for setting up, implementing, and maintaining product displays according to brand standards across all sales points (offline & online).
Develop VM guidelines and train store teams to ensure consistent display visuals.
Inspect and adjust VM at stores to ensure products are always displayed according to brand standards.
Supervise merchandise displays in stores, showrooms, distribution systems, and retail points on a regular basis.

2. Proposing & Implementing Planograms:

Develop planograms (shelf display layouts) to optimize the shopping experience and boost sales.
Recommend display solutions based on sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.
Work with Trade Marketing, Sales, and the Retail Team to optimize product placement in stores.
Update and adjust planograms based on sales performance and feedback from store teams.

3. Developing & Executing In-store Display & Activation Programs:

Plan and implement special in-store displays and activation programs to support marketing and sales campaigns.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Retail Operations, and Sales to deploy POSM (signboards, standees, display shelves, in-store advertising).
Manage the execution of booths, pop-up stores, and in-store events to enhance customer engagement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of display programs and suggest improvements.

4. Budget Management & POSM Production Supervision:

Propose and manage the VM budget, ensuring efficient use and cost optimization.
Work with POSM suppliers, store design manufacturers, and display material vendors to ensure quality.
Track and assess the return on investment (ROI) for VM & POSM programs.

5. Reporting & Evaluating VM Performance:

Monitor and analyze display effectiveness, providing regular reports to Commercial & Retail Managers.
Assess display performance by store, region, and sales channel, and propose improvement strategies.
Gather feedback from Sales & Retail Teams to optimize product displays.

II. Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or Retail Operations, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, fashion, or retail industries.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
