Mô tả công việc
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Create, update & revise 2D floor plans, sections, details and 3D models, esp. for the structural renovation of buildings that have a variety of materials (concrete both precast and cast in place, steel, wood, and masonry).
Maintain the accuracy of drawings, and ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables;
Coordinate drawings, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.
Assist in the development of internal drawing standards and guidelines for work planning.
Assist in the creation, update and revision of 3D models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
Create, update & revise 2D floor plans, sections, details and 3D models, esp. for the structural renovation of buildings that have a variety of materials (concrete both precast and cast in place, steel, wood, and masonry).

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
Good knowledge of English.
Proven experience working with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Proven experience with working in Collaborative BIM platforms and in teams;
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Work experience for international companies is appreciated.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
